Very timely, with good and charitable comments.

Extremely unhelpful and uncharitable comments. Reviewer's recommendation was 2 months overdue despite repeated reminders from editor/editorial staff. Why the journal would not just seek a new reviewer after the reviewer failed to submit their review within 2 weeks or so of the initial deadline is a mystery to me, and would have saved everyone a headache.
